Before moving into web design, I studied dietetics, worked in hospitals and pharmacies, and spent years in specialty cafes across Melbourne, Wellington, Myoko and back home in Malaysia. In both worlds I kept noticing the same thing — hardworking small business owners with websites that didn't reflect how good they actually were.
